Doors open: 5:00pm / Show starts: 6:30pm
~ Entrance Gate Information ~
- Gate A: For customers with seats in 200/300LV sections
- Gate B: Official merchandise and CD sales
- Next to Gate C: Katy Perry Collections merchandise sales
- Gate N: For customers with seats in 400/500LV sections
- Gate W2: VIP perks distribution and Arena seat customers

~ Day-of Ticket Sales Information ~
- Sales Start: 4:30pm
- Sales Location: Saitama Super Arena A Gate, Day-of Ticket Booth
*Note: Ticket types available for sale will be confirmed at the booth.
*Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Sales will end once the tickets are sold out. Please be aware of this in advance.

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue for safety and operational reasons:
- Safety Prohibited Items
- Bottles, glass products
- Cans (steel cans, aluminum cans)
- Weapons, hazardous materials
- Fireworks, firecrackers, and other explosive materials
- Lasers, laser pointers
- Photography and Recording Equipment
- Professional cameras (large telephoto lenses, cameras with interchangeable lenses)
- Video recording devices
- Audio recording devices
- Items That May Obstruct View
- Banners, flags, placards (with or without poles)
- Flags
- Any other items that may obstruct the view of other attendees

Merchandise sales will begin at 2:30pm at Gate B.
